Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are for individual use; do not share access or resell material obtained through your account.
Plans, allowances and one-off tools
The Free plan includes access to all 540 role pages, 1 interview prep guide download, 1 ATS resume download (PDF or DOCX) and 1 AI JD match score check per account in total. These lifetime allowances apply to existing and new accounts, include prior usage and do not reset daily. Company Watch (Starter) includes browsing 2,400+ companies, job openings and city filters. Premium is offered monthly at ₹499 or annually at ₹2,999, with the allowances described on the Pricing page. Premium includes 5 prep guide downloads per day, 5 resume downloads per day, 10 JD score checks per day and Company Watch job alerts from up to 100 companies.
After a free allowance is used, eligible one-off results may be available at ₹99 per interview prep guide, ₹299 per ATS resume download and ₹99 per AI JD match score. All prices are in Indian Rupees. Prices, applicable taxes and renewal terms are shown at checkout before any payment is taken.
Payments and merchant of record
Payments for all plans and one-off purchases are processed by our payment partner Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. By completing a checkout you also accept Dodo Payments' own terms and privacy policy, and Dodo Payments issues the invoice and handles any applicable sales tax, GST or VAT for your country.
Your statement may show a descriptor referencing Dodo Payments rather than Transit Matrix HR. We do not receive or store your full card details at any point.
Billing, renewals and cancellation
Premium is a recurring subscription. Unless cancelled, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at purchase, and a receipt is emailed for every charge. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing kamal@transitmatrixhr.com; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charge is taken.
If a renewal price ever changes, we will tell you before the change takes effect so you can cancel first. Refund and cancellation rights, including the 7-day subscription refund window, are set out in full on our Refund and cancellation policy page.
Digital delivery
Every product sold on this site is digital and is delivered instantly to your Transit Matrix HR account after payment is confirmed. Nothing is physically shipped and no shipping or handling fees apply. If a paid entitlement does not appear within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, contact us and we will deliver it or refund it.
Use of our content
Interview question banks, prep guides and downloadable packs are licensed to you for personal preparation only. You may not republish, resell, or distribute them, in whole or in part, or use them to train or populate a competing product.
All content, branding and design on this site remain the property of Transit Matrix HR.
No guarantee of outcomes
Our career tools and material are preparation and guidance for jobseekers. We do not promise interviews, offers, salaries, placements or employment of any kind, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, scrape at scale, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform, and do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material through our support forms.
Changes and liability
We may update our content, features and these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transit Matrix HR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or its material. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
Prohibited purchases
Our products may not be purchased or used for unlawful purposes, resold, or bought using a payment method you are not authorised to use. Orders flagged as fraudulent by us or by Dodo Payments may be cancelled and refunded, and the associated account closed.
