About
Built by people who have run the hiring loop from both sides
Transit Matrix HR started in Chennai, India with a simple frustration: candidates were preparing from generic advice, and hiring teams were interviewing without a clear scorecard. We work on both problems.

Why we exist
After years inside talent acquisition, one pattern kept repeating. Strong candidates lost offers because nobody told them what the panel would actually ask. Good companies lost candidates because their process was slow, inconsistent, or measuring the wrong things.
So we built two halves of the same practice: a preparation hub covering 450 IT and non-IT roles for job seekers, freshers and working professionals, and an HR services arm for companies that need recruitment, leadership search or day-to-day HR operations run properly.
How we work
Specific over generic
A backend engineer and a credit analyst do not face the same interview. Our material is written role by role, not copied from a listicle.
Honest about outcomes
We prepare people and support hiring teams. We never promise placements, offers, or guaranteed results.
Practitioner-led
Everything we publish is reviewed by people who have screened, interviewed and hired for the roles in question.

Where it started
The practice grew out of a first-generation graduate's own job hunt — the same unanswered questions about what panels look for, how to frame experience, and what separates a shortlist from a rejection.
That experience still shapes how we write every role guide: plainly, specifically, and for people who do not have an insider to call.
