Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address and any profile details you choose to add. If you contact us or raise a support request, we keep the message and any files you attach so we can respond and maintain a record of the conversation.
We also record limited usage information, such as which interview prep packs you download, so your account history is accurate and so we can understand which material is genuinely useful.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate your account, deliver interview preparation material, respond to enquiries, and improve the quality of our content and services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We may send you service emails about your account or a request you raised. Marketing email is opt-in and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Storage and security
Your data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level security so that one account cannot read another account's records. Support attachments are stored in a private bucket that is not publicly reachable.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected users without undue delay.
Retention and your rights
We retain account data for as long as your account is open, and support records for as long as needed to resolve and evidence the matter. You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, send us a request through the contact form on this site, or from the Contact Support section of your account, using the address associated with your account.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
