Digital preparation material
Interview prep packs and premium content are delivered instantly and are consumable on download. Where a pack has already been downloaded, it is generally not refundable. If a pack failed to generate or was materially not what the page described, write to us and we will make it right.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. We do not pro-rate part-months. If you were charged after cancelling, that charge is refunded in full.
Services delivered by a person
For mock interviews, resume reviews and advisory sessions, a full refund is available if you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Inside 24 hours, one free reschedule is offered instead. Sessions we fail to deliver are always refunded.
How to request a refund
Send a refund request through the contact form on this site, or from the Contact Support section of your account, with the order or invoice reference and a short description. We respond within two working days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within five to ten working days depending on your bank.
